Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise you will be charges as explained below. To cancel or change your appointment, call us on 020 7298 3820.

Cancellation or change of treatment times within 24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of % of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for an appointment, you will be charged at the full price for all the treatments booked. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full price as booked will remain payable.

Your personal information
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you agree we may hold and process personal information for the purpose of providing health and well being services. We keep records of all our business transactions for at least 6 years. You, or anyone authorised by you, may inspect all documents and entries relating to your dealings with us. However we treat all clients’ records as confidential, so we reserve the right to give you copies of your particular records rather than allow access to files containing records about other clients. Strict confidentiality will be maintained at all times. We are entitled to charge a fee for this service of up to £10. If any of the information we hold is incomplete or inaccurate please tell us and we will correct it. We may from time to time contact you by post, fax, email or telephone with details of products and services which may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive this information please let us know.

Gift vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for twelve months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only at Heavenly Spa. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Our cancellation policies apply to Gift Vouchers as if they were normal bookings.

Our right to cancel
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone and offer an alternative date.

Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto our website. We reserve the right to change them without notice.

Right to Amend These Terms
We reserve the right to add to and change the terms of this agreement at any time.
